Our mutton is fattened entirely on pasture and raised in regenerative systems ensuring the animal has had a natural life grazing in fields and haven’t been exposed to chemicals or routine medical treatments/ antibiotics. The fat on grass fed animals is higher in unsaturated fats and rich in omega-3. This means it will melt away through cooking much better than any grain fed alternative. It’s also better for your health. Our mutton is dry aged on the bone for the optimal period to further intensify flavours and tenderises the meat.
