To prepare and cook your Sausage Rolls: 1. Make sure the Sausage Rolls are fully defrosted. Bring to room temperature. Preheat your oven to 180°C or Gas Mark 4. 2. Remove all packaging. 3. Break 1 Egg into a bowl and whisk. Egg wash the top with a pastry brush (optional). Cooking times vary with ovens and are approximate. Place in a pre-heated oven at 180°C for 20-25 minutes. Take out of the oven and leave to stand for 10 minutes before eating. Otherwise allow to cool and eat cold. The Sausage Rolls can be eaten hot or cold.
