Air-Filled Rainbow Birthday Banner DIY Kit

Self-assembly required! SIZE: Large 14inch Foil Happy Birthday Balloons Banner letters. 1 set of 13 pcs self-inflating letter balloons (uninflated) which spells “HAPPY BIRTHDAY”. Of course there is an inflation straw included, 5m ribbon. EASY TO SET UP: Simply insert the straw (provided) into the plastic valve at the bottom of the letter and slowly blow to inflate. When the letter balloon is sufficiently inflated, pull out the straw and pinch tight the self sealing plastic valve. Thread the ribbon (approx 5m long) through the loop on each letter. The letters will last for months and months. NOTES: the foil “HAPPY BIRTHDAY” balloons banner CANNOT BE floated with helium, just fill with air.
