Isabela Bizinotto What I liked most about this vegan cashew cheese was how simple and tasty it was. The ingredients are super clean and minimal, which made it feel really natural and good. The flavour was creamy!!! Usually with vegan cheese, I always feel like something’s missing, but this was very worth it, light, yummy and left me totally satisfied. I love that there are still brands out there making products like this that help the planet. It’s inspiring to see a brand that truly cares about doing things in a better, more responsible way. With so many people consuming dairy and many being lactose intolerant, having tasty alternatives like this is really important. What I especially appreciate is how the brand goes beyond just making delicious products, the sponsor a rescued cow at sanctuaries. It’s clear they’re committed to both the environment and people’s health in meaningful.Jade Woodd It is so nice to have this gorgeous dairy free cheese available for the vegan cheese-loving community. Such a gorgeous artisanal product, made with beautifully selected ingredients. The addition of Native botanicals is chefs kiss. I loved learning about the farming and harvesting of cashews and their low impact on the environment- I would love to know if this is for all cashews, or just the ones selected for this cheese though.
